Return & Refund Policy

At Dunspor, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping for beauty and skincare products. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help. Please read the policy below for information on returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1) Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Returned within 60 days of delivery
  • Unopened and unused, in the same condition as received (no signs of use, no unsealed packaging, no swatch marks)
  • Returned in original packaging, including product instructions, bonus samples, beauty tools/accessories, tags, shrink wrap, and seals (if applicable)
  • Includes proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

To ensure product hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns for beauty and skincare items that have been opened, tested, show signs of use, are missing components, or have broken seals.

2) Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used beauty and skincare products
  • Items labeled Final Sale / Non-returnable
  • Gift cards
  • Free gifts, samples, or promotional items
  • Products with issues caused by improper use, improper storage, or individual skin reactions
  • Opened liquid/cream-based products (e.g., serums, lotions, makeup removers, perfumes, etc.)
  • Personal-use tools that have been unsealed (e.g., beauty sponges, eyelash curlers, powder puffs, etc., for hygiene reasons)

3) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged during shipping (e.g., cracked bottle, leakage), has a quality defect, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue (e.g., damage, leakage, wrong shade, etc.)
  • Clear photos/videos of the item and packaging (outer box, protective materials, shipping label, and close-up details of the damage)

After review, if approved, we'll provide the appropriate solution—a replacement item, the correct product, or a refund.

4) How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer support team:

Please include your order number and the reason for the return (e.g., wrong shade selected, allergic reaction, damaged packaging, etc.) so we can assist you promptly. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

5) Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product, wrong item, or shipping damage)
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Beauty products are fragile—please pack them securely to prevent further damage during transit
  • Dunspor is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or delayed in transit

6) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund is approved or declined. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear (timing depends on your bank/payment provider)
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item)

7) Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges (e.g., shade swaps or product swaps). If you'd like a different item, please return the eligible product for a refund and place a new order.

8) Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the stated timeframe:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (processing times vary)
  • Contact your bank (posting delays are common)

9) Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • If the order has not shipped, we may be able to cancel it
  • If the order has already shipped, it must follow the standard return process

10) Return Address

All returns must be authorized first. Please obtain Dunspor's return instructions (such as a return label or shipping requirements) before sending anything back.
